I am passionate about teaching and guiding people to harness the power of understanding their own fertility and menstrual cycle. My journey began in 2009 when I discovered menstrual cycle charting, which sparked a deep interest in fertility awareness and holistic health. Since completing my studies in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals develop a deeper connection with their cycle, fertility, and overall health.As a certified Fertility Awareness educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner with a strong foundation from Justisse College International, I specialize in holistic reproductive health, physiology, endocrinology, nutrition, and menstrual cycle charting. Additionally, my training in the Sensiplan method further strengthens my expertise in fertility awareness.Over the years, I’ve also been actively involved in the grassroots ecological movement. I bring this holistic systems thinking—rooted in an understanding of natural ecosystems—into my work with the female body. I am deeply passionate about promoting health in harmony with nature, and I work to create a thriving Earth for all life.Currently, as chair of the Nordic Union for Fertility Awareness and a member of the Association for Fertility Awareness Professionals, I am dedicated to advancing knowledge about the cyclical body on a systemic level and making fertility awareness accessible to everyone.
