Sales & Purchase Dept.• In charge to control the schedule of a new model at OEM supplier in Thailand in accordance with headquarter masterplan.• In charge to review and prepare the process audit with OEM suppliers before the process audit by customers for MP starts.• In charge to control quality at OEM supplier in Thailand of both new model and MP product in accordance with headquarter specification. • Manage and solve all company quality issues related to YJS products in Thailand, including customer service claims.• Manage and control sales prices for customers and purchase prices from OEM suppliers in order to keep the best profit.• Manage the shipment plan with teams to control shipment smoothly in order to prevent shipment delay. • Summary business plan and forecast planning for OEM suppliers based on Customer business plan. To support customer orders smoothly.

• Responsible to manage masterplan, control specifications, and schedules for new models of Plastic parts.• Create inspection standards, WI, Q-points, QC process, etc., and responsible for quality in production line of Plastis department.• Improve productivity and product yield, reduce scrap, and also expand production capacity.• Manage and control Loading capacity of Plastic department.• Manage and control OEM plastic suppliers to support the production smoothly (Quality, lead time, delivery, etc.) of the Plastic department.• In charge of some expansion projects for installation of injection machines, and tooling of Plastic department.• Have an experience with ISO9001 in Auditor and Auditee for New models and Production controls are concerned with ISO9001.
