- Costing and estimation for tender submissions for protection and control system cubicles which were integrated into the portable building constructed off-site and delivered to be installed into substations nationwide.- Bids included costing all materials, estimating manual labour based on various contractor costs, estimating costs of logistics including the delivery of final products onto the site and negotiation of contract terms and conditions.- Management of project timelines and the ability for the business to deliver projects running in parallel, including the management of human resources and production of products.- Project risk management, deciding whether or not to take a project based on risks associated with its contractual terms, site issues, human resources or conflicting delivery times. It was my responsibility to keep the workforce running at a capacity to ensure our resources were being productive at all times.- Ownership of the estimating system and implementing changes where efficiencies could be achieved. Integrating with the parts management system and other varying tools to decrease the time it took to complete writing a tender.

- Co-ordinated the resolution of engineering issues during the build of prototype trucks in order to have them resolved on the production line or as quickly as possible post built.- Accountable for tracking and reporting design issues and coordinating with all departments including Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material and Production for the ongoing implementation of design updates in readiness for next build of trucks.- Responsible to respond to all call outs to the production line for any electrical or electronic issues noticed on a vehicle during the build. The callouts included tasks varying from making a swift decision on a fix for the issue, tracking the vehicle and repair post-production and implementing required design updates to ensure the problem doesn’t recur on a later build.- Responsible for tracking all design change requests for T406, K108 and T408 models, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement and production to ensure the change requests were documented, designed and captured into the next release of designs for the relevant models.
