• Scope in six major countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam• Setup team to be responsible for each country and lead the overall effort • Responsible on key major KPIs include Traffic, Members, and User• Analyze data, do A/B testing extensively, and finding ways to growth hacking our KPIs to meet the target in timely manners. • Manage and optimize paid traffic to generate excellent ROI e.g. manage Online Media spending (Google, Facebook, Ad Network)• Drive Mobile Site and Mobile Application usage and downloads• Utilize Online Marketing tools to drive KPIs e.g. Email Marketing, Social Network marketing• Conduct SEO Audit from time to time to make sure that website is doing great in SEO in 360 degrees

• Define and lead programmatic and remnant strategy across all platforms• Leverage third-party platforms such as Google and Facebook to drive traffic to website• Collaborate with direct sales team to ensure successful completion of campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, identify and implement enhancements• Work with Developers, web designers, developers and copywriters to establish SEO strategies and search engine-friendly eCommerce website development as per current best practices• Test and implement new technologies and advertising opportunities, lead development of our team in the expansion across multiple platforms• Working in conjunction with CRM team to personalize the communication with website subscribers and customers

• Devises strategies for online media plans and oversees all planning activities.• Creates and presents strategic online media recommendations to team member & clients.• Develop, implement and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy• Present media plan to client for approval and help support online technical issues including update digital trend.• Keep up to date on the latest SEO / PPC strategies and technologies and assist in improving solution offerings• Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Advertising campaign management on Google• Optimize and monitoring campaign to meet objectives and reach KPI.Provide analysis on post campaign performance.
