- Support both Clients and the Candidates in all recruitment aspects- Liaise with Clients for an accurate definition of the preferred Candidate’s profile- Search for, screen and in depth interview the Candidates- Evaluate the Candidates with good presentations to the Client together with written reports- Conduct and analyze market survey/research to fully understand market trends and insights- Develop and implement business development strategies and marketing campaigns for business opportunities and brand awareness- Present and provide consultancy regarding services and proposal to international and Thai clients- Maintain good relationship with key accounts and achieve new clients- Visit Clients occasionally

- Responsible for preparing important document (Progress, RFA, RFI, Internal Notice, BCR etc.) - Cooperate with engineer team for preparing Weekly Report and Monthly Report for presentation

- Ensure passengers follow safety procedures correctly- Facilitated about serving meals and refreshments- Ensure passengers disembark safely at the end of aflight and check that there is no luggage left in theoverhead lockers and no stowaways or suspicious items onboard
