My responsibility has been to transition HR in Coop from reactive personnel administration to strategic and customer focused HR. During the last 4 years we have developed and executed on a very ambitious HR strategy, focusing on simplifying, digitizing, enabling scalability across the diversed Coop family with 28 000 employees and building end to end high quality HR offerings.

Headed up the HR and facility division with 30 employees. Overall responsible for all HR in Telenor Sweden with 1600 employees divided between office staff and 80 stores.

Women Up’s Rising Women Leaders program aims to reduce these barriers by providing promising women leaders training in transformational leadership.The Women Up leadership program includes three components: 1) a Leadership Circle of established leaders committed to the actions and principles outlined in the Women Up Pledge; 2) the McKinsey Centered Leadership training for rising women leaders; and 3) on-going mentoring and follow up programming for participants and their supporters.
