CurrentFrom 2016, worked on AWS Cloud to bring all Non Production applications to AWS cloud, and then eventually all eligible Production Servers.SRE responsibility for CTI /Work Hub-UI (Business Critical Application) in AWS and also on Premise Infrastructure .Involved and responsible for Production infrastructure planning, High availability designs for Redis, RMQ clusters. Developed a detailed Call Center CRM transformation for all Call Centers, involved in Cisco- Call Variables integration to support Screen pop and also for downstream systems.Ticket triaging and ticket resolution to improve the same-day resolution rate. CTI / WorkHub / SurveyHub (CRM, application ) : I was responsible for system maintenance, Incident management, Automation (CatchPoint), and Chaos Engineering. Worked with the Load testing team to develop scripts for 40 K reps load , Spike tests .Worked with Network teams, to balance the load across multiple Datacenters (Casino) & Citrix teams.Designed and implemented the IVR/ CTI Events integrations with Call Recording software (Verint) , Block recording (Hybrid CSRs Voice Vs. Chat) Involved Enterprise level DR planning and its implementation of multi regional deployments.Responsible for remediate the Production Security Vulnerabilities (BlackDuck Scans, Fortify, Tenable) .
