I graduated from the University of Melbourne with a BA in Economics and Gender Studies, a double major that gave me a broad and critical perspective on the world. I then joined Wayfair as an Associate in the Origin Business Incubation team, where I applied my skills in logistics management, implementation, and supplier management to develop and monitor end-to-end logistics service products. I also worked as a Retail Specialist at Apple, where I provided high-standard customer service and solutions to various customers, including B2B clients.In my recent roles, I demonstrated my ability to work with diverse teams, partners, and vendors, as well as to communicate effectively with in/external stakeholders. I used my data and communication skills to track and analyse the performance of delivering-service vendors, as well as to assist customers with their needs in logistics products and services. I am passionate about creating value and solving problems for customers and suppliers, as well as learning new skills and technologies. I believe I can bring a unique and valuable perspective to your organisation, as I have a keen interest in logistics, supply-chain and e-commerce.
