Siri is at her best when she gets to lead people in an innovative environment with clear objectives. She spent most of her working life impelling change and that has taught her to endure and handle resistance and has developed her communication skills. She is experienced but still curious. Strong because she has carried out difficult tasks but still humble because she knows how tough it can be at times. She has a large network to keep her updated and to ask if the task at hand is new or hard. She has almost passed the best and the toughest leadership program their is. Since the technology was new Siri held a lot of seminars for customers. Her title was Sales Manager but in reality all three did everything that needed to be done. 1997 MN Infocenter merged with their main competitor and everybody had to learn how to deal with change management. Siri often recruited new staff and this is where her interest for People and Culture started. She began taking evening courses in Human Resource and Labour law to make her self ready to start her own company.
