Working in companies around the world in industries varying from Pulp and Paper to Brewing to Nuclear Power. I have been the project lead or head educator on dozens of economically focused asset management initiatives. Initiatives which included everything from the initial start of investigation, the audit of the current regime and its effectiveness, plan development, resourcing, implementation and post success review. Additionally I have many years’ experience implementing reliability based solutions, building and assessing ISO standards for 9001 and 55000, building defect elimination programs, and problem solving solution in the managing of asset management.
