With an Executive MBA from Information Technology University and multiple certifications in digital marketing, I am a passionate and results-oriented e-commerce and digital marketing manager at Microlot Coffee Roasters, a leading specialty coffee company in Saudi Arabia.In my current role, I have spearheaded the creation and launch of our Shopify e-commerce store, integrated the Tap Payment Gateway, and implemented SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to increase our online presence and revenue. I have also conducted web analytics, usability testing, and customer service to optimize our website performance and user experience.
