Achieved over 1 million EUR sales during the first year after launch.- Created from scratch project management system with detailed progress tracking for a construction of 20 standalone family houses. This system is used across the company to this day.- Led the hiring process for my replacement, as I was appointed to co-lead the property development & construction division.
