- Provided advisory and consulting services on government development projects, retirement village developments and similar, using data science and financial modelling.- Led internal teams of analysts, consultants and data scientists.- Steered client meetings, deflecting out-of-scope demands, decreasing budget overspend.

- Led development and construction projects, under the supervision and advisory of company shareholders; series of 20 family houses, series of 41 family houses, series of 16 family houses, and series of 12 cottages.- Achieved average ROI on projects with a turnover of 12-16 months of ~35%.- Undertook market research for high ROI development, including valuations, investment analysis, feasibility analysis, and personal meetings and inspections with land owners. Advised company shareholders on choosing the best available developments.- Prepared approval documentation for demolition / land revitalisation; tendered demolition contractor; tendered landscape builder; tendered architect & engineer; prepared planning approval documentation.- Discussed architectural drawings with architects and planned the interior design / room division within floor plans, determining the most profitable way of doing the development.- Completed an online Urban Planning course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in preparation for the City Council negotiation meetings, before submitting the documentation for the DA.- Discussed potential developments with city councils, made adjustments and received DA & CC approvals.- Tendered and hired a construction project management consultant, and managed the construction with his advisory; scheduled and managed projects with MS Project, MS Excel and Trello (system); tendered and assigned subcontractors; monitored the construction process including defect inspections and final occupation certificate.- Negotiated financing possibilities with several banks and secured construction financing.- Tendered 3D designers and led the unit design, handing it later over to a real estate agency for sale boost, successfully pre-selling over 80% before they were constructed.

- Created from scratch e-commerce division for floor heating, recuperations, lighting and smart home. Achieved over 1 million EUR sales during the first year after launch.- Created from scratch project management system with detailed progress tracking for a construction of 20 standalone family houses. This system is used across the company to this day.- Led the hiring process for my replacement, as I was appointed to co-lead the property development & construction division.

- Managed teams that delivered technical integration and implementation of customer data platforms for clients, used Wrike and JIRA for project management- Managed client’s digital transformation, provided strategic reports and analyses based on available data- Presented and delivered omni-channel use cases based on these analyses, advised on strategic decisions- Increased client’s conversion rates and online revenue, often by +100%- Managed 2 cross cultural & cross functional internal teams, one in Slovakia, one in the UK- Delivered simultaneously 15 projects for clients in the UK, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Spain, Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden and Switzerland- Managed change and managed client’s internal teams, as well as and client’s external suppliers
