Setting up the Colombo branch of a UK office, for mass-call-traffic management. I was involved in many aspects of the operational side of the business, which included installation of telecom infrastructure (Nortel switches), liaising with the Customs and Inland Revenue Departments on import of telecom equipment, setup of the telecom systems, sourcing and installation of overhead fire suppressant systems, climate control, etc.
