At this position I am responsible for strategic plan development and review; Project design, Grant acquisition and management.

As an Area Manager, I was responsible for Technical support and capacity building of Local Implementing partners’, facilitate effective implementation of ChildFund assisted programs ,coordinates and conduct the regular monitoring and report on Partners, performance on program, finance, Sponsorship Relations/SR and operational areas, Liaison/communication and Quality Assurance, compliance and accountability as well as support partners in designing strategic plans and project designs.

At this position I was responsible for Leading and coordinating the planning and Implementation of programs, Coordinate and work on fund raising activities, Oversee the management of grants including the timely implementation and reporting of planned activities and appropriate expenditure of funds, Ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies, manuals and procedures, Introduces a policy, guidelines and whenever necessary make recommendations for their revisions, Financial and administrative oversight of the field offices, including approving cash expenditures, maintain operations with operating budget, Ensure Program and Financial Compliance with contract and donor guidelines and requirements, Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with local government, other NGOs and staff.
