I love learning and it gives me joy to spread learning to not only gain knowledge but also how useful and practical it can be for learners.Every class, every student, every situation is always unique. No two days are alike because we all come from different walks of life, experience, culture and characteristics.The learning material itself in my view accounts for about 30%. The remaining 70% is more about connecting, creating interest, and building confidence.In think that to be a great teacher is the ability to wear and walk with the other person's shoes. By this I mean to be an inspiring teacher, you need to teach from where your students are not from where you are. This is also true for other roles not just teaching as far as I'm concerned.
