Siscon Projects was founded in 2019 and specialises in the delivery of Project Management Services. This is our core business and we have delivered many successful projects for various clients over the years. The business objectives are: Vision: to support our clients and become their trusted advisor in all areas of property and project delivery. Mission: to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. Values: to work with like minded clients who share our love of property and construction. The business was established by two sisters, Elicia and Kate Wallace hence the name ‘Siscon’ – two sisters who consult and construct. Elicia and Kate come from a long line of construction, having watched their father run his own residential construction business since 1977. Following in their fathers’ footsteps, they have both had successful careers in the property industry, and their diverse skillsets compliment one and other. The two Directors roles are are varied with the focus being Elicia working with Siscon’s clients in managing the day to day activities for each project. Whilst Kate assists with the day to day business operations. Elicia and Kate support each other on an, as required basis and as each project dictates.
