LLC, USA) : Modelling Tool to develop Control and Process model VISUAL FORTRON COMPILER : Models and codes Compiler Software INTOUCH (Invensys’ Wonderware) : Front End (HMI) Development Software OPC : Communication tool between Models and HMI Microsoft Office : Project Management, Word, Excel, Power point• Conducted Energy Audits in Power plants as "PAT Scheme"as per BEE norms using various calibrated instruments for collecting process parameter and its efficiency calculation. as per the Energy Conservation Act 2001.• Report generation and various equipment efficiency calculations using field measured values. • Responsible for shift operation of 4x600 MW IPP. • Ensure safe operations of the plant during start-up and shut-down.• Responsible for troubleshooting of operational related issues of various boiler auxiliaries.• Handled Several Emergencies of sudden load rejection & house load operation.• Monitor plant operations including shut-down of units and load throw-off to control generation as per requirement.• Core team member of EnMS (ISO 50001:2011) and participated in various audits related to EnMS.
