Relife MS is a tech company that operates in the Healthcare domain. We started off as a bootstrapped startup, and over the course of 7 years, we have grown into a small-medium size enterprise. At Relife we deliver technological solutions to various players such as hospitals, Doctors, Pharmacies, Blood banks, test centers etc. Being a startup, my role involved a degree of fluidity. I was in charge of several responsibilities such as -Leading my sales operation team of 5 sales associates.-Acquiring clients through a tailored methodology optimising for scale and rapid acquisition.-Analysing client interaction data to better understand their usage and gaps, forming profit maximisation strategies.-Presenting to Private Investors, Insurance companies and Banks to secure funding post the bootstrapped phase totalling to 3.7 Million USD.-Coordinating with financial accountants and lawyers.-Making appearances and speeches in Award ceremonies and company events.Metrics of clients acquired (over a 5.5 year period):16,000+ Diagnostic Centres (consisting of several large franchises)11,000+ Pharmacies (also consisting of pharmacy chains)10,000+ Individual Doctors1600+ Corporate Hospitals1400+ Private Ambulance Contractors200+ Major blood banks

Under the Guidance of Roberto Di Stefano, I developed various Furnishingelements that are entering production. These include Consoles, Armchairs,Stools, Dining tables and Utility tables. I practices my knowledge ofproportions, Human Centric Design, and visual aesthetics by addingthoughtful elements to the design. At first for the first 2 projects I wasstrictly following the requirements set by Roberto, but then I was given thefreedom to implement some of my own designs in his next projects andtake command of them.
