• Responsible for all move-in entries, security deposit transactions, credit check approvals, bad debt recovery, collecting, posting and depositing all monies. Process all evictions, writs, invoice entry, and renewals while handling heavy call volume. Manage staff in the absence of Property Manager. Supervise and manage all voicemails, emails, completed service tickets, and make sure all traffic is followed up with daily. Outreach marketing and daily online posting of ads.• Experience in Yardi Voyager, Onesite 3.0, Blue Moon, Microsoft Outlook, Rentcafe, Yield Star, Pop Card, Real Page, Credit Retriever, Rent Roll, Microsoft Office, Powerpro, and Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle any problem issues in a fast pace environment. Punctual, organized and always up for a challenge with the above and beyond attitude.

• Showing prospective residents apartment homes, credit & background checks, posting rent, rent collections, bank deposits, file evictions, process renewals, bad debt recovery, invoice entry, final account statements (Sodas), update online marketing websites, handle a heavy call volume and walking apartments upon move in and move out. Leader in charge in the absence of the Property Manager.
