As Chief Executive Officer of SOLUCIONES INTEGRADAS DE SERVICIOS Y PRODUCTOS Panamá was lead the entire organization and be responsible over the Company’s operations and the development of the business.Responsible for managing the implementation of departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures focusing on fulfilling expansion plans and increasing the Company's influence in the market, by the corporate mission and values.

Lead IT projects in the Panama Canal (as part of outsourcing agreement). Supervise 2-3 Microsoft Certified System Engineers Professionals working on site. Conduct Microsoft Office software deployment project. Support the implementation of PC Desktop replacement projects. Evaluate IT systems and infrastructure (desktop/server/network) management software. Provide end-user and technical training for appropriate knowledge transfer. Prepare reports, guides and technical documentation as required.
