• I am the Head Coordinator for 75 research projects in digitalization and responsible for KPI monitoring of faculty. I work closely with societal outreach to find new collaborations, do global monitoring for our expert panels and seminars on Educational transformation and Diversity and Inclusion. Digital Futures is the largest research hub in Europe and we are planning to grow substantially when it comes to funding research projects and collaborations with partners.

• As Operational Manager I lead and facilitated the Software Development Academy Project: an IT training for unemployed academics and job matching. My responsibilities included strategic planning and facilitation of the training, managing the transformation from on-site to digital training, leading the expansion to Skåne, managing the community of staff and participants, coaching and onboarding and reporting to steering group and the European Social Fund. Methodologies used: Agile Project Management, Motivational Interview, SCRUM and Peer Instruction. We achieved to run 9 iterations of IT training for 400 participants from 76 nationalities, of whom 57% were women and 83% got a job after graduation.

• I lead the team of counsellors and was expert adviser in Diversity & Inclusion issues as Ombudsman for discrimination reports. I arranged training in D&I issues, wrote policies and code of conducts, gave lectures and created yearly marketing events and fairs. I designed and created content for three international branches for the Mechanical Engineering programme with Germany, Spain and France. I reached yearly set graduation goals by mentoring and coaching using the Peer to Peer method, GROW model and Motivational Interview.
