Boss Zhipin is the largest recruitment APP in China (Nasdaq: BZ). I led an early round investment at Gaorong Capital in 2016, and joined the company in 2020.·Led the development of strategy products (recommendation, search, CRM, and data products), producing over 200 strategies that significantly improved the recommendation algorithm using A/B testing and rebuilding the end-to-end workflow from research to algorithm application.• Introduced a methodology for continuous iteration of products and algorithms driven by industry and user research, leading to a 4% improvement in next-day retention for new users in the Store Manager Direct Recruitment platform, surpassing the main Boss Zhipin platform.• Directed the headhunter and blue-collar business products, along with the blue-collar business data analysis team, to enhance recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.
