Works closely with mortgage servicing staff to ensure closed loan packages are received, reviewed and delivered to appropriate personnel for input onto the bank’s systems. Coordinates mortgage loan closing dates and times with Closing Attorney for Commercial and Residential Mortgages. Reviews closing documents with the Closing Attorney and reviews and approves the HUD-1 Settlement Statement for the closing.Reviews the closed loan packages received from the Closing Attorney to ensure the package is complete and accurate. Works closely with the Closing Attorneys to obtain missing or incomplete documentation from the closing packages. Maintains a relationship with the Title Insurance Agents and Companies with whom the bank does business. Acts as the Closing Agent for Peoples Federal Savings Bank’s home equity loans and lines of credit.

Initial set up of all real estate files. Works closely with Municipalities, Title Examiners and Mortgage Surveyors. Keeps in close contact with Title Insurance Companies to prepare Title Commitments and Final Title Insurance Policies. Research titles with various Registries of Deeds and Registries of Probate. Coordinates mortgage loan closing dates and times with Buyer and Seller Attorneys for all Commercial and Residential Mortgages. Attend closings as needed and review all documents for accuracy, prior to recording. Prepare recording packages and completed loan packages for both Registry of Deeds and Lenders. Maintains and remains in close contact with the office Technical Support with respect to all Computer issues and software updates. Large knowledge of the ABC Conveyancing Software. Coordinates the Attorney's calendar with respect to business and personal travel arrangements.
