Job Overview• Lead Mechanical Engineer, managing team of engineers & designers, applies standard engineering procedures and Coordinate/interface design, engineering activities, with engineering disciplines, suppliers, installation/commissioning, and client.• Design and engineering of equipment in accordance with applicable code/specifications/standards and prepares/ reviews specifications, datasheets, requisitions, TQ, and TBE to meet project requirements.• Local loads analysis for Nozzle and attachment using Welding Research Council-537/297.• Experience of Major Oil and Gas Operators (including ADNOC, Shell DEP, Foster Wheeler, Saudi Aramco, EIL, Axens, UOP, Jacobs, Toyo, Lurgi & Air liquide), and their design standards, and Engineering Procedures.• Reviews of Vendor data, technical offer, Vendor drawings and design calculations, provide technical solutions to fabrication difficulties revealed at supplier’s shop.• FEED Verification, P&ID Review, Layout/Model Review, HAZOP and design reviews to optimize.• Procurement support for cost estimates, Manhours estimation, Value engineering.• Vendor qualification for Equipment Fabrication, Machines & Packages.
