My primary responsibility is to create and coordinate systems and strategies to build a vibrant mentorship community in Southeast Asia. As part of this effort, I lead partnerships, organize events and programs, and manage the operations team to ensure a seamless user experience on our platform. I also collaborate with the marketing team to strategize content across multiple channels to promote our brand and engage with our audience.

Main role is to curate and prepare lesson materials and conduct virtual tutor sessions with primary school students. Lesson contents include interactive lesson slides, online quizzes and educational games.

Responsibilities include managing, preparing and ensuring quality control of geosciences data to support seismic time processing and depth imaging of 2D and 3D marine seismic data, performing tests and managing production workflows as well as ensuring technical quality of the work and meeting production timelines.

Main role is to support team projects by preparing and ensuring quality control of geosciences data, running and managing production workflows on company computer system, employing techniques of denoise, multiple attenuation (SRME, DUG SWaMP, Radon), deghosting, designature, velocity analysis and imaging for seismic processing and completing project documentation.

A 3-months training program which broadened my knowledge of geophysics and helped me develop technical skills involved in a 2-D Seismic Processing Project. Each week of the training is assigned with a new task and a presentation to strengthen my familiarization and understanding towards every application required in a seismic processing project. Main technical skills developed are Linux command, fundamentals of data acquisition and processing, denoise, deghosting, demultiple, velocity analysis and migration.

Part-time tutoring for primary school children ranging from age 7 to 12, with subjects included Mathematics and Science. Main responsibilities are guiding students through their homework, providing one-on-one tutoring session for low-achieving students and preparing the students for final school examinations and UPSR.

Teach For Malaysia is a non-profit organization working collaboratively with Ministry of Education Malaysia in addressing nation-wide issue of education inequity. They recruit local young talents to educate high school students of low socioeconomic status through the 2-year Fellowship Programme. Main role as a Talent Acquisition Intern is building awareness of Fellowship Programme among young individuals and cultivate potential candidates to partake in the mission. Business as usual includes cold calling, cultivation calling, Linkedin headhunting, assessing candidates applications. Completed projects include designing workshop content for panel forum, running recruitment drives and career fairs in universities such as HELP University and Multimedia University, designing presentation content for career workshop, crafting and refining Campus Ambassador's journey, building engagement and partnerships with student organizations such as AIESEC Malaysia and Enactus.
