With a solid foundation from NSHM College of Management and Technology, I've transitioned into spearheading sports initiatives as the Sports Coordinator for NARAYANA GROUP OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. My core competencies in sports marketing and coaching are currently being applied to enhance the sports infrastructure and resources across four schools in West Bengal, focusing on comprehensive development.Since June 2024, our team has been instrumental in meeting the sports needs for these institutions, from ground-level infrastructure to essential materials. Embracing the role, I've leveraged my skills to foster an environment where student-athletes can thrive. This aligns with our organization's culture of nurturing talent and underscores my commitment to contributing diverse perspectives to our dynamic team.
