I earned my BSc (Hons) at the University of Moratuwa, where I not only excelled academically but also showcased my leadership skills and athleticism.During my time at the University, I proudly served as the Lady Representative of the Sports Council, and captained the Women’s Badminton team. My commitment to excellence earned me the title of Best Women Badminton Player in 2019, and I was honored with the prestigious University Colors from 2017 to 2020.I further honed my skills through an enriching internship at Colombo International Container Terminals, where I served as an Operations Intern. There, I developed strategies to enhance container handling processes, creating efficient and cost-effective solutions under the guidance of senior management.Post-graduation, I embarked on a career journey with Logicare, starting as an Executive in Logistics Solutions and Delivery. Through hard work and dedication, I rapidly climbed the ranks, achieving promotions to Senior Executive and eventually Assistant Manager. In these roles, I spearheaded various initiatives such as designing business solutions, implementing improved processes, and overseeing supply chain consultancy projects.My expertise extends to project management, financial target tracking, process re-engineering through digitalization, Lean and Kaizen projects initiation, and inventory profile analysis.
