Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Having hand on Experience in Electrical distribution including MV Panels (33kV Incoming) , Transformers (2MVA – 2 Nos), Generators (2MVA – 1 Nos, 900 kVA – 2 Nos )  Ensuring Continuous operation of HVAC related Equipments such as, Chillers (300 TR – 1 Nos , 250 TR – 2 Nos ), Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs  Ensuring continuous operation of Cold Rooms/ Freezers, steam Boilers, Hot water System & Waste water treatment plant.  Ensuring continuous operation of Kitchen Equipments such as Ovens, Deep Fat Fryers, Tilting Kettles, Pot Wash Machines, Mixers,...etc.  Handling Preventive Maintenance schedule to minimize Equipment Breakdowns both Utility /Production & to keep facility good condition according to Hygienic Requirements  Handling large Technician crew including supervisors & giving them daily targets to achieve the short term & long term department goals.

• Having thorough understanding of the layout of Electrical Energy distribution & Ensuring Continuous power supply to the Premises.• Ensuring Continuous operation of Heavy/Critical machineries such as Transformers (2000 kVA Each), Generators (1500kVA Each), Chillers (375 TR each), Cooling Towers, Pumps…etc• Having the hand on experience in SCADA system (Computerized BMS) operations.• Handling Preventive Maintenance & breakdown maintenance while Controlling the Monthly Maintenance Budget• Initiating & Implementing the Projects to improve the existing systems & process• Good Knowledge of Air Conditioning System such as AHUs, VRV Systems, FCUs, Split type AC, Cooling towers…etc• Good Knowledge in Fire Systems related to high rise buildings (Smoke detectors, Extinguishers, Sprinkles Systems…etc)• Handling New High Rise Building Project Site (750Mn) - Referring Drawings/BOQ, Evaluating, Attending Meetings & handing special projects (Solar Project)

Key Roles:• Ensuring Quality power supply to the plant, minimizing the power interruption. (Plant Total Capacity - 8000 kVA & Monthly Electricity Cost 35 Mn)• Ensuring Continuous operation of Heavy/Critical machineries such as Transformers (2500 kVA Each), Compressors (Centac-300 kW Each), Blowers (250kW each), Gas Burners, UPS System (400kVA) ...etc• Handling Preventive Maintenance & breakdown maintenance while Controlling the Monthly Maintenance Budget• Daily monitoring & Controlling of Electrical Energy Consumption based on a targeted value (Main KPI)• Initiating Process Improvement Projects (FIPs) based on Energy Saving with collaboration of AET (Area Effective Team)• Handling Electricians & documentation of the department Handling Energy Saving Projects: Handling Process Improvement Projects: Other Major Projects:

• Having knowledge of handling Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing services in the building such as , Installation of UG/Overhead Electrical cables, Distribution Boards, Control Panels, Lighting fixtures, Socket Outlet, Data/ Telephone System, Fire Alarm Systems, PA System, CCTV System…etc• Installation of Air Conditioners, Package AC units, AC Ducting, Ventilation Fans , Compressed Air Systems, High Pressure Water Supply Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, Drinking Water Supply System, Drainage System, Sanitary Wares, Water Pumps, Fire Pumps,…etc• Responsible for understanding the civil shop drawings and ensuring that the MEP installation works are done according to the designed plans, specifications, and industry standards• Coordinate & manage MEP related design/shop drawings submittals & reporting the progress of MEP work to Project Manager & Consultant.• Testing & commissioning of installed MEP system & rectifying the faults in the system

• Maintenance activities in Induction Motors, Variable speed drives, Air Compressors, crusher, Ball mills,...etc. • Maintenance activities in Air Conditioning System such as Split type AC, Package type AC, AHU, Cooling towers and Chillers.• Excellent ability in handling the human resources and completing maintenance jobs on time according to the job order sheets. Handling the documentation in the department according to the company procedures. • Good knowledge industrial safety being a member of Safety and Health Committee of Company and having done 5S activities.
