Junior Digital Tele – Marketer
CurrentAdministration and Key Responsibilities:• Ensure RSQQL, Dynamics and other related software and databases are updated• Ensure that all statutory documentation is received from the customer and submitted to HO accounts on time.• Maintain 100% compliance and accuracy in inputting all internal operating systems data in line with the responsibilities of the position.• All email address to be added on RMI for customers to receive their monthly invoices.• Ensure on time invoices are provided to the customer on a regular basis.• Follow up on collections and manage location ageing and DSO on an ongoing basis.• Provide assistance in all administration matters as and when requested.• Input, update and maintain information held on the Dynamics CRM database, to optimise knowledge of progress, including current and future opportunities.• Achieve set targets for lead and opportunity generation within existing customer base and from new prospects.• Keeping the status of leads and opportunities (pipeline management), contact details, and activity data, up to date.• Telephone and email communication• Research of existing customer base and new prospects, to identify individuals and associated contact details of required targets• If necessary, organise any customer/prospect planning meetings, as requested by line manager or the client, escalating any feedback to your line manage.• Respond in a timely manner, to enquiries provided, and requests received from customers• Support opportunities being worked on, to ensure a full understanding of what is required.
