l worked as Receiving Clerk& Dispatch Clerk

l started as a Receptionist for the company, l was not satisfied by just answering calls, hence when a customer service agent position opened l took the initiative of approaching management and applied and secured the position as l had already been assisting with the duties.My duties were logging calls, coordination of daily workloads and deliveries, Invoicing on Syspro and POD control.
