About Sithembile Ndlovu
"The future belongs to those who prepare for it today"My aim is to educate, advocate, empower and improve the lives of children and youth in underprivileged circumstances through my passion for social science and to elevate the standard of education. I hope to make the world a place where women and children have access to the highest quality of education and training. Currently my focus is on elevating the standard of Early Childhood Development in underprivileged communities because I believe that the first seven years in a child’s life are of paramount important in sharpening the mind of an individual and a learner's performance is determined by the cognitive development formed during early years before the child enters formal school. My goal is to provide access to quality, sustainable early childhood education and care, so that all children have the opportunity to develop their full educational and personal potential. I will like to see all boys and girls in underprivileged communities receive appropriate development in preparation for primary school because I am fulfilled when I see a smile on a child’s face.
Listed skills include Research, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Customer Service, and 20 others.

These young visionaries represent a powerful force if given the opportunity to develop much-needed skills, access additional resources, and learn from and collaborate with one another to drive meaningful, dynamic, and measurable change. To address these needs, Monash South Africa (MSA) launched MSA LEAD – Leading Entrepreneurs for African Development – in 2016, a fellowship program for young social entrepreneurs between the ages of 16-29 years old. The program is the result of a global partnership between MSA, the International Youth Foundation (IYF), and Laureate International Universities. Implemented by MSA, the program identifies and supports young social entrepreneurs across South Africa, while strengthening the regional youth social innovation sector as a whole. Show less
