Guest Relations Supervisor
CurrentOperations Department:● Opening team member.● IMG Guest relations is the connection to all the departments (sales department, finance, marketing,human resources, etc) in order to have smooth operations at the park on a daily basis● First point of contact with the guest: greeting, welcoming and explaining the park to the guest.● Ticketing and handling cash, correspond with travel agencies with the discounts that are available tothe guest.● Selling and upselling our products, birthday packages, loyalty programmes, VIP packages as well asmerchandise.● Managing guest relations office, handling guest complaints, organizing and filing all relevant paperworkto different departments and management.● Thorough knowledge of operations systems software (GTS- point of sale) and BOS system, making excelsheet for rosters and leave applications as well as daily deployment of team members.● Working in contact center, answering the phone calls from guests, responding to emails using AVIUS OPTIMUS, updating the feedback forms and doing the surveys on AVIUS ANALYTICS SURVEYS, whichwas handed over to GR by the Business Excellence department.● Handling lost and found section, corresponding with the security department and handing overvaluable products to security at the end of each day.● Working with the Learning and Development department to help train new team members.● Work in the VIP LOUNGE as a host to VIP Guests by taking them on an exclusive tour around the park.● Managing entry and exit activities of every guest in and out the park to better understand the trafficand numbers for our demographic surveys.In-charge and imaging 70 employees, providing training, support, guidance and creating a monthly, weekly and daily roster and deployment.
