I further foster academic excellence through provision of academic support in terms of Peer tutorials, close academic individual and group monitoring etc.  Facilitation of Students Adhoc payments (Stipends, meals, tuitions & registration fees) & NSFAS enquiries. Facilitation of student Health and Wellness, and Psychosocial support by identifying student at risk for available support, and linkages.  Student Discipline Management: contributes to Organization ethics, compliance, and risk framework. Organizational support through Administration, Reporting & Budget Management. Coordination of REAP TVET student structures, SRC and Peer Buddies.  Exit Support: Facilitate Job readiness programs which includes CV writing, Cover Letter, Interviews preparation, Job search engines etc. Coordinates placement of students on Work Integrated Learning and offer psychosocial support while on training. Stakeholder relationship development & engagement: In-service hosting organisations, Tertiary institutions, High Schools, Bursaries etc. Extra-Curricular Activities: Facilitation of sports, cultural activities & research.
