In July 2010, I joined DUCT as a Field Supervisor, overseeing a team of ten individuals. My dedication and hard work led to a promotion to Operations Manager/Project Manager in May 2012. In this role, I managed over 18 contractors working within the Umngeni River catchment and oversaw various water quality projects. Over the years, I have gained extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in biodiversity management. With over a decade of work in the conservation field, I am well-equipped to perform productively and achieve targeted goals.
