I am a HR Manager at Inkomati-Usuthu CMA - IUCMA, a public entity that manages the water resources in the Inkomati and Usuthu catchments. With over 14 years of experience in the HR field, I hold a PGD in HRM and I am currently enrolled for a Master of Business Administration degree. I also have a Professional Designation as an IPM Senior HR Professional, which demonstrates my commitment to excellence and ethical standards in HR practice.In my role, I lead and oversee the strategic and operational aspects of human resources management, remuneration, policy development and review, financial management, and project management. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the HR processes, systems, and culture at IUCMA, such as enhancing employee performance, engagement, and retention, developing and aligning HR policies with best practices, and managing a large contract for a payroll system. I have also contributed to the governance and oversight of two non-profit organizations, Public Sector and YEBO Foundation, as a Governing Board Member.
