I have been able to accumulate the type of skills that are essential for teaching, as well as staff management. I am a self-starter, and I manage my time effectively. I have the ability to do very well in any area that I am assigned to, and I have proven myself in these areas: supervision, staff motivation, sports coach, class teaching,identifying and supporting learners with special needs in intermediate and senior phase Through my involvement with and help of workshops, staff and friends I have been able to develop the analytical, Communication, and interpersonal skills, needed to excel in any service vocation. I am a hard worker, very much Self - motivated and very confident. As a person I’m open to innovative ideas and enjoy taking up new challenges. I am also eager to learn new skills that will enhance my productivity. Proficient in working with lessons requiring computers or teaching with technology and using software such as Word, Excel, blackboard and PowerPoint. I have a solid understanding of learning theory, curriculum design concepts, assessment principles, and the developmental stages of the young mind.
