(Cost-X)• Various Commercial and Residential projectsDuties and Responsibilities• Site inspections to identify the existing services & buildings• Prepare various cost plans during the preliminary, elemental and schematic design stages to capture the design developments.• Taking off quantities by using Revit & Cost X software’s in order to prepare Bill of Quantities as per the given standard method of measurements.• Involve in Tender Evaluation.• Attending tender clarification meetings.• Reviewing tender proposals and recommending a preferred bidder.• Review sub-contractor’s variations and extra works.• Review Interim/Final Valuations, Claims & Preparation of Payment certificates.

Duties and Responsibilities• Site visits and site measurements.• Tendering of sub-contract packages, requesting quotations, carrying out evaluations, and conducting negotiations.• Preparation of rate build-up using the actual site data• Preparation of variations.• Involved in the Preparation of interim payment• Preparing sub-contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
