My mission is to help our customers achieve their objectives and maximize their ROI through well-crafted Customer Success Plans.My responsibilities include ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding process, providing training and enablement to help our customers unlock the full potential of our partnership. I maintain customer satisfaction by collaborating with various Instahyre teams, addressing roadblocks, and influencing product roadmaps to support our customers effectively.I also play a critical role in support escalation, ensuring that any business-impacting issues are addressed promptly. It's my job to make sure that customer needs and challenges are effectively communicated to our executives, product teams, and other functional units.Collaboration is key, and I work closely with our sales, marketing, product management, and operations teams to drive customer adoption and satisfaction. I'm not just a customer success manager; I'm a relationship builder, customer advocate, and a subject matter expert on product usage and business processes.
