The Made New Foundation May 2021 - Present
Los Angeles County, California, United States
The Made New foundation was created out of a deep strong purpose and need to give back to our communities after the destruction we caused. We lived destructive lifestyles in our past and had gone to prison spending several years behind bars. During our time in prison, we had time to reflect on who we were and realize we wanted something different. It was during that time we decided to start giving back and helping our community on the inside. With nearly 60 years behind bars, we decided we wanted to make a change. After being released we made it our mission to continue giving back on the outside. Since then, we’ve connected with several organizations and people that have helped us transition into society and now we share those connections with those who are coming home those who are homeless and those who are looking for a change.
