Lead and develop diversified teams in delivering best-in-class transaction processing support and after sales services to corporate clients. These teams comprise of operations, service, electronic banking services and account services, who support a wide range of corporate clientele such as SME, MNCs, top tiered local corporates and financial institutions (Banks and non-banks), covering cash management and trade products. Also oversee regulatory reporting team responsible for the delivery of balance of payments reporting to Bank Negara Malaysia’s statistical department.Collaborate closely with key partners namely Product, Coverage, Implementation, Compliance, Legal and Control teams to deliver the clients’ requirements on transaction processing including service level agreement adherence, within the parameters of the highest standards for controls and risk management.

- Led a team of 12 CitiService officers who support Cash, Trade, Electronic Banking and Account Services inquiries from corporate clients and 5 Service Managers who support dedicated service handling for top tiered revenue corporate and Financial Institution-Bank clients.- Supported enhancements to tiered service model and achieved designated call metrics goals.

- Led the service management/premium team which consisted of 5 service managers who are given specific portfolio of top tier clients for provision of dedicated service support. - Supported CitiService Head in escalation handling, collaboration with internal partners, resource planning and talent management.
