Human Resources & Development :- Develop and implement policy, Standard Operation Procedure and guidelines for strategic and sustainable Human Resources.- Develop, implement and monitor HR Strategies, HR programs and initiatives to align with business objectives.- Report to director and provide decision support through HR metrics. - Managing HR Department with significant exposure and focus in organization development, performance management, planning, recruitment, industrial relation, compensation & benefit, compliance & Statutory, employee services.- Responsible for the periodic HR Planning and budgeting.- Ensure the recruitment process based on the company needs- ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported and resolved.- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.- Ensure payroll process compliance and the new employee salaries is within the company salary budget and range.- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.- Build good relationship with DisnakerOthers :- Develop, implement, drive and monitor policy, standard operation procedure of General Affair, Purchasing, Building Parking, Warehouse, Information Technology and Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).- Responsible for annual Planning and budgeting of General Affair, Purchasing, Building Parking, warehouse, IT and QMS.- Managing GA work : asset inventory, company's operational vehicles, office equipments, company property, government licensing, employee uniforms & tools, etc.
