Sales And Customer Relation Officer
Current- Process global sales order via emails and phones- Maintain customer records in ERP system meticulously- Identify customers’ needs and develop value propositions to meet their needs- Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally whom support the sales process- Provide appropriate reports and management updates- Resolving customer tasks and quality issues, return delivery process, provide recommendations and solutions in a timely manner.- Work outside normal business hours with customers in different time zones- Liaise with local and overseas customers for product quotation, information, and shipping- Familiar with shipping terms (incoterms) e.g. DAP, DDP, Ex-Work.- Knowledge in ERP, Microsoft Dynamics Navision
