Main Job Scope and Ad-hoc Tasks:- One of the team members in Project Oasis, who responsible for data migration in centralized finance reporting prior to transformation of SAP ECC6 finance system into SAP S/4HANA. - Monitor the progress of User Stories reporting requirements for 120 entities inclusive of Downstream, Gas, and Corporate business segments.- Collect data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from business users and maintain data consistency by documenting user stories. - Engage with business users to align business requirements and the project's objective.- Analyze the progress update and present the report during internal team meeting.- Liaise with SAP consultants for data mapping clarifications, manage data baseline documentation, and collaborate with the reporting team to understand the impact of master data changes on management reporting.- Sent out meeting invitation and conduct session with the business users.Other Involvement / Volunteerism:- Lead program coordinator for FBSE department's Diwali, Chinese New Year and Eid celebrations.- One of the organizing teams for FSS Away Day and co-lead the Games and Activities team.- Volunteer for Charity Event: Oasis On The Road whereby the project team distributed 'bubur lambuk' to people who came to Petronas Taman Dagang petrol station.

- Delegate tasks to the team members to ensure all multimedia matters were well managed.- Supervise, manage social media accounts of the association and achieved 80% increment of engagement.- Manage multimedia matters related to programs organized by the association.- Liaise with High Committee and other Exco in developing the association's social media timeline coinciding with all programs organized by the association and faculty.- Correspond to the students who express any concerns related to academic matters in association's social media platforms.

- Responds to corporate emails and letters to clients. - Organize at least 100 administration documents and forms on daily basis such as "Borang Penama", "Borang Pendaftaran Ahli Baru", and Hajj Pilgrimage management documents.- Organize and maintain files and records for audit. - Answer and made phone calls to notify the pilgrims and/or other clients.- Liaise with the Finance Executive and Administrative Officer to handle queries from Branch Manager.- Prepare documents for meetings and audit purposes.- Provide general support by entertaining visitors at the reception counter.
