- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of more than 10 recruiters, setting clear objectives and providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met.- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for client requirements.- Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure the right fit for client roles.- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to advise clients and optimize recruitment strategies.- Performance Metrics: Track team and individual performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence.- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining integrity and confidentiality throughout the process.

As a Leader, my main tasks are :- Achieved individual and team targets. Monitoring and analyze daily and monthly KPI. Catch up on the issues, evaluate and make the strategy for the next month (trial & error).- Leads the 5 members. Build their motivation to keep working well by having a team meeting and 1on1 meeting every month, sharing the problem and discuss how to solve it. To keep up their skills & behaviours, I did a personal training every month. Also monitoring and evaluate their value target for the performance appraisal.- Give the best service to candidates and clients. Have good communication with the Sales team (mainly Native Japanese) to give detailed information about the candidate's experiences and expectation. Assist candidate to get a suitable job with advice and prepare them to meet client's expectation.
