I plan the monthly schedule for my team to ensure efficient productivity and smooth operations in the store.I am involved in the recruitment needs for the store which includes sourcing out for potential candidates and interviewing them. I'm a team player of the local project, I identify the market of my sport and I contribute to the development of the city sports project. I study my passion sport and identify all new tendencies and the evolution of my offer and share innovations around my sport with users. I encourage the discovery of sports amongst teammates, customers and sport users in my catchment area. I build Local Sports Project(marketing strategies) of my passion sport. I build the best commercial offer with offer & supply team and sport mass plan(visual merchandising). I am responsible for the range choice of my sport and I ensure the availability of the offer through reliability and efficient reception of my stocks as well as accurate inventory. I put in place commercial actions in order to satisfy the highest number of users via omnichannel actions. I set my yearly economic objectives for the market share growth and profit, review my business on a daily basis and create action plans. I guarantee sustainability of my project through accurate and regular forecasting. Decathlon Singapore encourages side missions on top of my main mission/role. Therefore, I work with the content team by writing sport articles for Decathlon's website. On top of that, I am a validated trainer for the store layout, I train teammates (city level) on Decathlon's store layout. By being an omnichannel retail leader, I am competent in brick and mortar, e-commerce and digital.
