1. Carry out routine testing in microbiological scopes according to approved methods of Food and Drug Authority (FDA), AOAC International, and Compendium of Methods for the Microbiological Examination of foods. 2. Develop and validate method for food product which the parameter involved is Microbial Limit Test (MLT) and Sterility Test. 3. Establish Measurement Uncertainty (MU) for microbiological testing as part of validation method requirement under ISO 17025. 4. Involved in Proficiency Testing (PT) under Department of Chemistry, Malaysia and FAPAS for Total Plate Count (TPC),Yeast and Mold, Salmonella spp. and Escherichia coli. 5. Conduct internal quality assurance for microbiology laboratory. 6. Familiar with the ‘Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia’ (SAMM) requirement of ISO 17025 including Quality Manual (QM), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and related documentation. 6. Perform media qualification and media quality control (QC) check such as Growth Promotion Test and inhibitory test.

1. Responsible to handling research activities related on product of company and their application especially related to Effective Microorganisms Technology. 2. Handling the quality assurance activities in the company and monitoring the process of products is following the quality control requirement. 3. Conduct the formulation and development product based on application of microbes strain in the laboratory. Lab scale production is up to 200L. 4. Maintain master stock culture for production purpose. 5. Develop Standard Operating Procedure for microbiology analysis in Effective Microorganism products.
