As a Physical Therapist I am a movement specalist. I seek to work with patients and help educate and teach them how to move better and more efficiently, in order to restore function and decrease pain using pain neuroscience so that they can get back to the business of living a quality life and resuming recreational activities. This includes buliding strength, using manual techniques as needed, and reeducating/training in correct movement.
