Support Engineer
Current• Identifying and Monitoring memory usage, CPU utilization, Node performance, required for performance tuning using performance monitor.• The Disk Resolving space issues and finding the root cause and permanent fixes.• Monitoring scheduling the jobs and troubleshooting the failed jobs.• Day-to-day activities like Reports monitoring, Handling Tickets, Documentation and Installations. Performing the DB checklist and Critical server checklist.• Implementation of Logins, creating Users, assigning responsibilities as a part of Security Policies for various categories of User Support.• Experience in working with Insight ticketing system.• Experience in Database administration activities like Installation, Configuration, Backup & Recovery.• Working experience in Azure cloud
