As a technical project manager, I led multiple projects involving data engineering and Snowflake, translating business requirements into technical specs. I was involved with requirement gathering, organizational KPIs, resource utilization, and monthly reporting of all the projects in the Quality and After-Sales domains. • Spearheaded the development of a mobile app that reduced rework via automation and improved testing standards, which resulted in a 20% increase in employee engagement and satisfaction. Contracted to Merck, I provided expertise to create data models and resolve issues related to data mismatch.• Refined and streamlined the process of information, transforming the once-a-week update to on-demand, enabling the company to manage inventory much more accurately and produce products most needed in the pipeline.• Supported the ecommerce website that generated 70% of Merck revenue.• Introduced text analytics to automate the classification of customers, which eliminated manual work and reduced the overall time by 2 weeks.
