Responsibilities handled:1. Experience in inspection activities of Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Structural steels, Piping related to Oil, Gas and LNG Plant.2. Extensive experience in carrying out all kinds of WELDING/PIPING and NDT inspections independently, including the interpretation of the test results to various Codes & standards.3. Excellent knowledge in steel properties, metallurgical analysis of carbon steel, Alloy steel, stainless steel.4. Very familiar with international codes and standards such as API, AWS, ASME, ASTM etc.5. Thorough knowledge in Fusion Welding Process like SMAW, GTAW, SAW.6. Excellent knowledge in preparation of welding Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) 7. Familiar with Incoming material Inspection, Identification of the material, verification and review of MTC.8. Individually handled the Welder Qualification Tests, Monitoring the in process welding activities, maintaining the welder qualification Records.9. Witnessed NDT Inspections such as RT, UT, MT & PT, RT FILM INTERPRETATION and PWHT, Hardness etc. along with review of the reports.

Witnessing the destructive testing like mechanical and chemical tests and interpretation the result values as per the international standard. 3. Coordination with Engineering and Design department and get clarification for smoothen the job.4. Witnessing in both destructive testing & NDT like RT,MT,PT,and UT.

Profile checking of rolled or pressed plates before erection alignment for Pressure Vessels, Heat exchanger and Boiler accessories, dimensional perfect ness and Set-ups (fit- ups before releasing for welding). 3. Preparing, Monitoring and maintaining the daily documents and submit to client through Third Party agency. 4. Witnessing and Inspection of base metals, filler metals, joint preparations fit-up and dimensional checks.6. Witnessing of Hydro test and pneumatic test.

Monitoring the welding activities, and welder’s performance, visual inspection of completed welds with respect to the applicable code/standards.3. Interact with vendors regarding welding activities, 4. RT Film interpretation and monitoring MT/PT inspection activities.5. Preparation of inspection reports.6. Co ordination with Client and Sub contractors QC personnel for inspection activities.7. Carried out stage wise inspection activities in pressure vessels, cryogenic tanks, mounted bullets.
